For over six years, I learned the family dynamic of our industry through every facet of my local hauler’s operation. When I got the opportunity to jump into waste software implementation, I got a front row seat into the businesses of families. Literally working out of some clients’ home offices, the relationship built through these work connections... it truly can only be coined as my work family. 

Then one day it clicked for me: Family is the driving force of the waste industry. 

Having started my own family in 2022, I quickly recognized a shift in my priorities, too: My family is the most important thing to me. Even though I realized the grind of the full-time road life wasn't for me, my passion to help these haulers succeed for THEIR families only continued to grow. I had to leverage this dual experience: both local hauler & software implementation in order to stay in line with the integrity my family - and my now clients - deserved.

From this synergy, Summit Waste Consulting was born.
